advice on architectural, architectural bridge, architectural polished concrete (including flooring) and other special concretes,

• selection of execution method for architectural concrete
• preparation of samples of architectural concretes with a view to selecting the right visual effect,
• creation of specifications (STWiORB) for fair-faced concrete for the execution design, including, but not limited to: requirements for fair-faced concrete (surface quality, categories, colour, texture, protection), quality assurance provisions (mock-ups, Quality Assurance Plan), guidelines for execution conditions (formwork, release agents, installation, care, repair),

supervising the execution of the fair-faced concrete (verification of documentation, control of concrete delivery, control of formwork, ongoing verification of quality)

 

Expert opinions on the assessment of the execution of fair-faced concrete:

• determination of criteria for compliance of architectural concrete with the requirements contained in the specifications (public buildings, bridges, individual buildings);
• determination of workmanship quality on the basis of a reference element;
• completion of inventory documentation;
• making a comparative analysis of the quality of the completed elements in relation to the indicated/selected reference objects in Poland and in the world made of architectural concrete;
• assessing the quality of architectural concrete in the completed elements.

 

Advice on special concretes:

• analysis of formulas, supervision of execution, verification of records for bridge, pavement, SCC and other special concretes;
• Execution of Quality Assurance Plans and concreting plans for massive elements
